BraaiHQ – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BraaiHQ. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BraaiHQ website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About BraaiHQ

BraaiHQ is an online retailer based in South Africa, supplying braai, outdoor, camping, and home accessories.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images are accurate.

However:

  • Product colours may vary depending on your screen.

  • Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

  • Packaging may differ from photographs.

  • We reserve the right to improve or modify products without prior notice.

Occasionally typographical errors may occur. BraaiHQ reserves the right to correct any errors without notice.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change without notice.

Although every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing, BraaiHQ reserves the right to cancel any order where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted.

BraaiHQ reserves the right to:

  • decline any order;

  • limit quantities purchased;

  • cancel orders suspected of fraud;

  • cancel orders where stock is unavailable.

Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers available during checkout.

BraaiHQ does not store your banking or credit card details.

Payments are processed using encrypted payment gateways.

7. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, BraaiHQ cannot guarantee delivery dates.

BraaiHQ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier companies;

  • weather;

  • strikes;

  • public holidays;

  • customs;

  • incorrect delivery information supplied by customers;

  • events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Customers may not return products that have:

  • been damaged through misuse;

  • been altered;

  • been improperly installed;

  • suffered accidental damage;

  • normal wear and tear.

Refunds will only be processed once returned items have been inspected.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, BraaiHQ does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law.

Warranty claims do not cover:

BraaiHQ shall not be liable for injury, damage or loss arising from:

  • failure to follow safety instructions;

  • unauthorized modifications.

Customers should always follow basic fire safety practices when using braai or outdoor equipment.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • logos;

  • photographs;

  • videos;

  • graphics;

  • product descriptions;

  • designs;

  • icons;

  • text;

  • branding;

is the property of BraaiHQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

12. Promotional Offers

From time to time BraaiHQ may offer:

  • discounts;

  • promotional codes;

  • free shipping;

  • competitions;

  • giveaways.

These promotions:

  • may have expiry dates;

  • may not be combined with other offers;

  • may be withdrawn at any time.

BraaiHQ's decision regarding promotions is final.

13. Gift Cards and Discount Codes

If gift cards or promotional codes are offered:

  • they cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • they may only be used according to their stated terms;

  • expired codes cannot be reinstated.
